Dear Parents,

 

            It is now November and we are in our 3rd month of dance.  The kids have been working extremely hard, we are proud of all of them.  Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with your child(ren).  With the holidays fast approaching and colder weather starting to blow in, we would like to give a few reminders for the next couple of months. 

            The Pro Shop is full of Christmas ideas.  Please don’t wait until the last minute to try and get your size, it may be gone.  The end of the 2007 is fast approaching; please make sure your account balance will be $0.00 before we break for Christmas.  If you have questions on your account please don’t hesitate to ask or email.

Costume deposits were due November 1st, if you have not paid yours, please pay this week.  Below are the amounts due for the costume deposit(s):

 

45 min class - $50.00

                        60 min class - $50.00

                        75 min class - $50.00

                        90 min class - $100.00

                        Pointe – additional $50.00

                        Hip-Hop – additional $25.00

                        Dance Team/Pom – additional $25.00

 

It is hard to think about the recital already, but before we know it is going to be April and our recital is the second weekend in May (May 8th, 9th, 10th, & 11th to be exact).  We will be measuring for costumes in November and ordering all costumes before Christmas break to guarantee arrival by April, without your costume deposit, a costume will not be ordered for your dancer(s).  If there are any questions or concerns, please talk to Deb or Sara ASAP.

            Along with costumes for recital, we can’t forget the music.  Music selection has begun and just like last year every dancer will be receiving a CD with all of their recital songs on it.  Everyone has been charged $5.00 per dancer for the CD(s).  If you choose for your dancer(s) not to receive a CD please let the front desk know by December 1st.  We will begin passing out the CD’s after the first of the year.

            As the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder, ice and snow is on everyone’s mind and how will you know if there is dance class or not.  Never assume that if there is no school there is no dance, please check the website (www.fusiondance-carroll.com), listen to the radio, or call the studio at 792-4933 if weather is questionable.

                        November 21st – 25th – Thanksgiving Break

                        December 21st – January 4th – Christmas Break

                        January 6th – Classes resume

February 1st – Remaining Balance on costume Due, we will let you know what that is after classes resume in January.
