Debera Quandt Debera Quandt is the owner and director of Debera\'s School of Dance and has been teaching in Carroll for more than 35 years. Previous to that she was an assistant teacher in Fort Dodge and Ames. Through the years she has furthered her education by attending workshops and conventions in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Hawaii, and Las Vegas...to assure that the Carroll area has the latest in dance education. Debera is constantly reassured her philosophy works when many of her former students send their children to her studio.

Heather Knerl is head instructor at Debera\'s School of Dance and has been taking classes since the age of three. Heather graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in dance. She was also a member and co-captain of the University of Iowa Dance Team. While attending college, Heather was a dance instructor at Cherie\'s Dance studio in Cedar Rapids. She also judges many dance competitions and choreographs for many college and high school dance teams, including Kuemper High School Kix. Heather has been an instructor at our studio since 1999.

Makinze Meiners Makinze Meiners is currently a junior at Kuemper High School. She has taken many styles of dance from a variety of teachers from around the United States. Here in Fusion Dance she has taken Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Pointe, and Lyrical/Modern. She has been involved in dance for thirteen years now and has been competing for eight. Makinze started teaching/assisting classes three years ago. She currently assists in teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and pointe. She is also a part of the Kuemper KIX dance team and has been conducting summer dance lessons for two years now.

Justin Badding Justin Badding is currently a sophmore at Kuemper High School. He has taken many styles of dance from a variety of teachers from all over the United States. Here in Fusion Dance he has taken Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical/Modern. He has been involved in dance for nine years and competing for six. He has been teaching/assisting classes two years now. Justin assists in teaching hip-hop classes and, along with the help of Makinze Meiners, teaches the boys class.

Lexi Albrecht \'Lexi Albrecht is a 7th grader at Kuemper Catholic Grade School. In her 9 years as a student at Fusion Dance she has taken Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop and Pointe. She is now in her 7th year of competition. In addition to her classes at Fusion Dance, Lexi has taken dance classes from a variety of other instructors. She is in her 2nd year of assisting in pre- ballet and tap.

Morgan Neary Morgan Neary is currently a seventh grader at Kuemper Middle School. At Fusion Dance she takes Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Pointe, and she is a member of the Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Lyrical competition teams. This is Morgan\'s ninth year in dance and she has been competing for seven years. She is in her 2nd year of assisting in pre- ballet and tap.
